Upon closer inspection, I really don't know what I have. The engine is out of a '68 car, but the transmission is definitely a '64. The 4 speed hump is there. It appears to me that the engine was a 361 or a 383 2 barrel. The exhaust looks like it was single exhaust and was changed to duals.
Anyone help me determine if this Plymouth is rare and are there any production figures on these cars?

Interesting find!
Production figures for early 60's Plymouths are not very precise. Certainly big block 4 speed 4 door Plymouths were not a common sight even in 1964.
