Our Chrysler 300 2 door coupe, 383 2 barrel, has been in Australia for about 23 years. The Mopar was in great condition when we bought it from another Aussie (the guy who originally imported it from America). The '62 is converted to right hand drive to suit Aussie roads, but I also have a complete '62 dash to convert back to left hand drive.
The 300 has power steering, power seats, windows, mirrors etc.
Currently the Chrysler is painted lavender with mild flames, and has a cream leather interior. The total restoration, top to bottom, took 15 months.
We recently took the 300 to huge Chrysler gathering in Australia called "Chryslers on the Murray" and took out three trophies, including top '61-'70 at the show.
