"NOT FORGOTTEN" — 1965 Dodge Coronet 500

Works in Progress

My brother's 1964 Polara 500 is sidelined for now.
Money is Going Going Gone, to this 1965 Coronet
500 that I found about a year ago.

The previous owner had plans to put a 383 dual four barrel in the Dodge. The Coronet went through a hail storm witch knocked the back window out. Later the city came around and told him to move it. So he took it out to a farm and was going to call me,(I had left a business card with him just in case), but I showed up on his door step to ask about the car since I was in town. He said he wanted $650.00 for it.

well a little longer than that, the next day,
so $650 took the '65 home.

That 1965 Dodge Coronet 500 purchase topped the year off after he bought a 1970 Charger SE four speed Pistol Grip car that I found for him in another town. I travel every week, so I get lucky, or my brother does anyway. The Charger is for sale if anyone is interested. [Editor's Note: The Charger is SOLD.] My brother also has a 1969 Barracuda for sale. The cars are in South Dakota, and in good condition. Also, the guy who had the '65, his neighbor has a 1964 Plymouth 4 door hard top with an old style 318. Drive it home for $1K.
Thanks Dale!

Great rescue mission and very cool project!   smile!
