Greg writes from Tucson AZ:  A Colorado/Arizona car, this Dodge was converted from the Poly 318 V8/Pushbutton Automatic driveline to a 1966 440 V8 and A833 4 speed transmission using the correct style floor hump by its former owner. 1964 Dodge 440, driver's front

The Dodge had the original paint on it, but now wears a beautiful repaint (March 2005) with same color combination (sandelwood with cream white top), base coat/clearcoat finish. Both bumpers were rechromed. All the exterior stainless and aluminum were professionally repaired and polished.

1964 Dodge 440, driver's side The power steering equipped Dodge features the correct two post outside driver door mirror and correct antennae. The Dodge rolls on new B.F Goodrich T/A radials on the front (P225/70R/15 on 15 x 6.5 inch Mopar steelies) and B.F. Goodrich T/As (P275/60R/15 on 15x 8 inch Mopar steelies) on the rear. Polished dog dish stainless caps are on all rims. The wheels were sandblasted and painted the same cream white as the top color of car.
The big block motor was installed by the former owner. It is a rebuilt 1966 440 that has had larger valves installed along with a mild cam. The powerplant has the 1968-1970 HP cast iron exhaust manifolds that run into an aluminized 2 and 1/2 inch full dual exhaust system with a crossover. 1964 Dodge 440, engine

A Hurst shifter/lever manipulates the 1967 A833 4 speed transmission. The rear end is a 8 and 3/4 with 3.31 SureGrip gears, along with new rear gas shock absorbers.

1964 Dodge 440, interior The interior has the original door panels, headliner, dash pad, and instrument cluster.
The reupholstered bench seats are similar to stock configuration and a new carpet is in place.
This Dodge 440 is a beautiful driver: quick, fun, and ready to cruise. 1964 Dodge 440, driver's side rear

Thanks Greg!

Quite a fun ride! smile!
