My Fish has a 273 V8,
auto trans, Holley 4 barrel,
and 8 3/4 rear w/3.23 gears.
| The car is a work in progress.
I rebuilt the transmission and front end,
replaced the fuel tank and all fuel
components, installed new rear springs
and shocks on all four corners.
All the brake hydraulic components
(including the lines) are new.
(NAPA still has many parts for these cars).
|I cleaned and painted the engine
and engine bay and re-installed the
engine. I cleaned the headers
and treated them with a product
called Os-Pho purchased from the
local Sherwin Williams store.
Then I coated the headers with
an Eastwood product. So far they
have held up well.

I used a lower quarter
patch panel from
and then repaired the
other holes with sheet metal.

|Also I treated all inside bare metal
and lightly rusted areas
with Eastwood's Rust Encapsulator.
