Works in Progress

The 1964 Plymouth Sport Fury Convertible
I bought was sitting among a bunch of old
Chevy's. The '64 is missing its engine and
when I asked the guy what it had in it he said
he sold the engine out of it and it was a 426!
My jaw dropped...needless to say though
he later told me he put that 426 engine in
the Plymouth and that the 'vert was
originally a 318 car.

The convertible looks very bad but is
actually fairly solid and complete,
(all missing parts are in the car
or in the others surrounding it).

I also own two 1965 Dodge Coronet 440's and a 1965 Plymouth Belvedere II.

Thanks Len!

You saw the jewel among the group of Chebbys and snagged it! Congratulations! smile!
